I think the replacement pump for that would be a sedra 5000 or something like that (although it might have a fancy needle impeller). I've got a dolphin pump on mine but they don't make them anymore....

I haven't had baffles in my sumps for years. I run the overflow into a filter sock and the skimmer effluent is at the opposite end of the sump from the return so bubbles don't return to the tank.

Tank took a big hit last year. Fall of 2012 saw some hair algae move in after using a phosphate reducer that wiped out some corals. I suspect the stuff slowly leached out of the rock or something....
