Landlord wants my tank out!

Then there's the possibility of electrical+salt water issues. A landlord need only hear ONE of these anecdotes to be convinced that having a tank in a rental property is probably not a good idea.

Should I sell this tank and get a cube perhaps? A small 20x20x20? Suggestions please.
