UPS is awefull
My first online order with BRS was left at my door. It was for over $450 and it was sitting on my doorstep, in plain view of the street, when I got home. I contacted their supervisor and they told me it's up to the driver's descretion ie; they've not yet lost a shipment in the neighbourhood from theft. Needless to say I was peeved.
