Also, you shouldn't need to pay for the jail break applications. It is available for free. The paid versions are just copies of the free version and may do other weird things.

Thanks Brad i have tried everything i guess that the main thing is the broad band I'm not a i phone guy I'm still on the rumor 2 lol however they state that they can un lock it so its out to PAy pal to get my money back

well i have the same problem with the same OS and baseband, try to downgrade but keep failing :-(. you can jailbreak the 4.3.5 but it is tethered. Here is instruction
