What brand are the RO membranes? Is membrane life expectancy of the RO membrane reduced from the achievement of 1:1 ratio in comparison to say a typical Filmtec membrane? What about this system makes it produce 1:1? Can I retrofit my AquaFX system?

I am wondering this also. I can reduce my output to 1:1 but the membrain won't last as long.

I find it funny that BWI will not respond to there claim on how to make it 1:1.

I understand it's there product and they don't want people to copy them, but if you want people to purchase these units (I would be one of them) then you need to tell us how you are getting 1:1. What is the science behind it?

We could all make our units 1:1 but we would just need to change the membrane 4x faster.

PLEASE GIVE US SOME INFO!

our units use a combination of membrane and auto flush kit to achieve this 1:1 ratio with out compromising the membrane life and water quality!

Yes the membrane will fit any standard membrane housing!

The membrane will last the same amount of time your standard units will or longer because of the auto flush kit.... The auto flush kit will flush the membrane right at start up for 30-40 sec which will also prevent TDS creep, and periodically will flush the membrane when the units running!
