![]() Actinodendron plumosum extends at night and some of the other hellfire anemones emerge during the day.
either way you should wear gloves or youl get a nasty sting. books say no clownfish will associate with them but some shrimp will. and as far as the cowfish, dont be stupid do you not remember what happens to his tail when he dips it in a regular anemone

![]() No basket starfishes are actually echinoderms that move about constantly. They're neat to watch but have a horrible track record in home aquariums as they require feeding. This guy looks more (to me) like an anemone or weird soft coral. I think Tony already ID'ed it as a hellfire anemone. cool name
