large clean frag tank / sump

I had this nice sump / frag table made, all acrylick and only used it for 10 months.

it mesures 83 llong 35 wide and 15 tall. it is gust that for the new situation, there is no space, (I wish I had) as I had in mind to use it as a frag table.

any how, it would be a great frag table, or use it as a sump, where you could even devide it in partly sump, fudge, and frag in one table.

it has a table / bottom frame made out of 2x6's and a 5/8 plywood.

my price tag 10 months ago was $ 600 +


willing to bring it over to the mainland if there is interest (that we would meet somewhere), as I'm on the island)

The thickness of acrylic panel is 1/4" or 3/8" ? Please advice & tks.

1/4 inch

as you can also see, on the picture, about 1/2 way up it's hight, it has a 1 inch brace all around going horisontal.

when it was build it had the botom plate, with a 1 inch strip bonded on to it, than the side pannels sid on the inside cemented in, and than on the inside it has a square rod cemented in its corner again, making it a 3 double seal.

the top edge is about 3 inches wide, and again braces.

the side corners also have the square rod in the corners on the inside, again a 3 double seal

and than on the top, as you se 2 brackets, gust to make shore, I have never seen it bow, but I gust wanted to have them there, gust in case

I think the problem is that's a pretty huge frag tank Most people will be in the same position, not enough room.

Kevin, is this on usedvic? I know a few people in town building large systems that don't reef online. Or maybe see if Spencer and Japarto will let you post a for sale ad in the stores?

I in deed have to put it on used in.

Other option is to cut it in 2 an than I have 2 smaller sump's / frag tanks
