Default Need help with Algae ID

Noticed today that one of my rock exploded with a brown hair type algae. Can't seem to find an ID for it anywhere. It is on the rock that I dose MicroBacter7 on and I did find a little information that MB7 with vodka dosing may cause a brown fur, hair type algae. All parameters on the tank are good. I realize the algae could be eating up PO4. I took the best picture I could hopefully you can help.

The rock is right next to my vortech so I guess it likes tonnes of flow and I place the certh snail there but, the snail isn't showing much interest in the algae.

Looks to me like part of the cycle....typical for new tanks.....will go away in time and you can use some cleanup crew. You should keep your system clean from:
No3 caused by over crowding and insufficient way s to remove it.
From po4 caused by over feeding and insufficient filtration.
Also make sure you don’t over light and not under flow….

Yes I use RO/DI water and this is post cycle. Flow isn't an issue because where the algae is the worst, is where I have the most flow. Algae looks like grey or brown hair stuck on the rocks.

Have you added any livestock to the tank lately, sometimes the cycle doesn't catch up and the tank can go into a mini cycle??
