Default micro bubbles help needed

ok we got the 75 changed over to our 77 drilled with the over flow going directly into the protien skimmer and seems to be pulling out great amount of smelly gunk...the pic is the amount of gunk in 2 days ..now the problem is we have a lot of tiny micobubbles going into the tank from the return pump about 25 times a day and wondering how we can solve this thanks for the replys

Is the skimmer draining into a sump with baffles?

You could use a small micron bag on the output of the skimmer, that would clear it up if you have the space/setup for it.

It doesn't sound like a baffle issue, what is the set up like, got pics of the return pump back to the tank?
