Default Cardinal Fish okay in a SPS tank

Specifically Pajama Cardinals.

Wondering about flow, I'm not really high (30+ turn over) but okay?

I have a bangaii in my 90gal SPS tank. Flow is pretty high in there but he manages to find a few calmer areas and holds his own in the higher flow areas. He likes calmer waters for the most part.

I have pretty good flow in my tank, and My PJ Cardinal doesn't seem to have a problem. He finds a spot where the flow is a little less and hangs out there. At feeding time he gets his share, and then back to his spot he goes.
