Default Jim Barry's July 7 frag party (Cancelled)

I hate to say this..... I have to cancel the party on July 7. Something came up and I have to go out of town.

I hope somebody else can still host the party.

date: July 7

place: Jim's house in Crestmont..... edge of city. heading towards Banff
(address to follow)

time: 6:00 PM until whenever

entry fee: a really nice frag (prefer sps or lps)

Free burgers, BYOB.....Bring an appy or salad if you can.

There will be some free giveaways (hopefully)


ALSO....... for fun..... please write down your most embarassing story or dumbest thing you have done with your reef tank. Best story will receive a prize. You can send your stories to me by Private Message.

Jim I like the way you were specific that not just any old frag will do. It must be "a really nice frag" I'll see if I can find a brown mushroom cutting for you or perhaps even a brown button polyp. Actually, how about a nice little apstaisa anemone? Those are sweet!!!

So where so we post what frags we have for trade, or desire to trade for?

55 gallon cube - 50 lbs LR - ASM G3 skimmer - 30 Gallon sump - 22 Gallon refugium / frag tank - 4x 24 watt HO T5's - Mag 9.5 return - Pin Point PH monitor - 400 watt XM 20K MH in Lumenarc reflector - Dual stage GFO/NO3 media reactor - 6 stage RODI auto top up -Wavemaster Pro running 3 Koralia 2's.

Fully stocked with fish, corals and usually some fine scotch

I'll be coming down on the 6th for another matter. Would it be possible to get someone to hold my frags for me in their tank overnight?

I'm in the deep south end, so if you are going to be in that area drop them by. Other wise someone closer to where you are staying might be more convenient.

I'll probably be mooching off my parents, who live in Haysbourough (sp?) between Heritage Dr. and Southland Dr.

What is deep south for you? When I lived in Calgary deep south was MacKenzie...

Ya, Cranston is one community south of Mckenzie. What time will you be coming in on the 6th? Maybe we can work something out?
