Default astrea snails, how do i move em?

any tricks to moving astrea snails without ripping them off? wow are these guys ever suctioned on tight

If you can get a finger under the shell you should be able to tickle the mantle and they'll eventually suck in and try to close the trap door.

i find if you tug gently a couple times and then wait a second they will retract and tug a little more and they let loose
