Default what to clean a tank with?

What sshould i use to clean out my tank so it is like newagain. was thinking vinager and water? any suggestions?

What sized tank? What kind of stuff needs to be cleaned off?

Vinegar and water gets the job done for me

120... drained it, and need to clean it up for when it sells, inside and out.

Depending on what you need to remove from the tank you can probably get away with a 15-25% solution of vinegar and water. If you are trying to remove coralline algae, I use a 50% solution, mostly because I am impatient

oh there is no algae, just salt creep and a bit of crud on the bottom.

I'd just use tapwater if there is no algae. I'd also carefully scrape the sides and bottom with a razor blade to clean it real nice.

fortunately no scraping needed, this tank is still practically new just had some rock in it. just cleaned it inside and out with vinager. looks like the day i bought it

what do you use to clean the outsides of your current tanks? a solution of vinegar and water? what ratio?

120g w/starphire front, pm bullet 2 skimmer, yellow tang, emperor angel, niger trigger, spotted hawkfish, blue tang, flame angel and 120lbs lr
