Default Sick Clown?

My Occ. clownfish has lost some colour the orange is not bright and it seems to be breathing heavily. Also it seems to be resting on the bottom, although it does that quite regularly. Could it be sick? What could it be? the other clown keeps pestering it to keep moving, I have no idea want is wrong. Tested the water , its fine

Are the other clowns bigger or smaller? Decribe pestering please and how many other clowns do you have? This could be a mating thing or a territorial thing but we need more details.

Ok I have two clowns the sick one appears to be female ( the bigger one) By pestering I mean bitting he will swim up and nip at her. And it getts even worse now. Early this morning I watched her swim into the rock pile and I have not seen her since.
