Your RO membrane is screwed. I've installed many aquasafe units but all the most recent ones have had problems including a few with bad RO membranes which resulted in the same symptom you are having.

I use these units now, about the same price and quality as aquasafe use to be. You can also get replacement filters from the same seller.
