Go to profile (link on the left hand side of the page). At the bottom, there should be a field labelled "link to off site avatar." Enter the URL (address) of the avatar you wish to use.
So the picture you want to use needs to be hosted somewhere. If you have your own webpage you can use that, or, you can use Canreef's photo page. Just remember to limit your avatar size to 80x80. Hope this helps.
