Don't think so. Acropora Yongei looks more like a green slimer, but with blue tips. Yours looks a lot less fuzzy.

Any resemblance to this? Has blue tips and light colored base.

Been trying to ID this one for a while. Closest I found was this frag Mad Jelly was selling a while back. They called it an Ice Fields Tenuis.

The first answer was right. It's an acro. That's probably as close as you're going to accurately get. It needs high light. All acros need high light. Barring the deep water acros, which have a distinct look. Which, BTW, I also keep in high light.
