Grizz came to my work today with awesome LED lights

Thank-you Grizz for donating one strip, and installing them, and thank-you Martin at Modular LED http://www.modularled.ca/ for donating the other strip

(the iPhone throws the colour off a bit, but it is way nicer then before)

Agreed! I plan on adding sps so I'll have to pass on the devils hand. In a little tank leather corals would fight to much with the sps and would also take up a fair amount of space. With an anemone going in, there won't be to much space to work with. However I do want to add zoas, they're easy to squeeze in

Are you going to the reef meet this Sunday? If you are feel free to bring zoa frags with you and I'll bring them to my work on Monday

Just wanted to say a big thank-you to Tim aka tim the toolman for his generous donation of a RBTA

It's still pretty small around 2" but hopefully when it gets bigger the clowns will notice it and host in it.

It's been awhile since I gave an update. Unfortunately one of the clowns (the one named tang) was majorly picking on the other clown (nemo) so Tang went back to Red coral, as I did not want to come back to work after the weekend and find nemo dead. On the bright side the RBTA finally picked a spot to settle into and Nemo is hosting in it

I got pic's of him close to it, but every time he's in it as soon as I get close to the tank he swims behind the anemone. I also added some coral (plan on picking up more from Dawn on Sunday) and I found out I can post pic's of children looking at the tank as long as you can not see any part of their face in the picture.

This one child from our centre is so sweet and was very interested in the tank. She "helped" me clean the glass and afterwards she moved a chair over to the tank and sat on it for a long time watching the fish
