Ammonia 0.00 ppm
Nitrate 0-2.5 ppm

Calcium 400-410 mg/L
Salinity 1.024
Phosphate 0.0 ppm
Temp 78 F

What test kit are you using for phosphate?

I wonder if maybe your clams spawned? You may have to aggressively run more carbon to help clear it up.
