![]() I would put the sump on foam at least rather than strait on the concrete. Not sure what the lines might be other than maybe there's a small dip in the floor and your seeing the oddly reflected light. It could also just be light reflected off the edges of the glass in the strange patterns you can see in the pic.

![]() Agreed put the sump on some rigid foam, doesn't have to be perfectly level but needs to be evenly supported as the concrete won't be flat, it never is.

![]() Might be scratches on the glass for being shifted into place on the floor.. Hard to say.
Definitely get some pink insulation board under there ..

![]() Personally, I would... it would be extra protection for the glass and insulation against heat loss in the winter months..
