Well so far it does not work for anyone... How does Dec. 4th, Tuesday work!?
I am going to vote for a weekend date as those are most flexible for me. I've got young kids that require my attention (feeding, bathing, homework, etc) in the evenings. But don't let that hold up the group if everyone else prefers a week night.
