looking great buddy , glad to see some pics now you just need a tank to put on that badboy eh

im not sure if we taked about this the other day but nows a good time to start thinking about nutrient export, i see you got a skimmer which is a must have but you also may want to consider running a reactor with gfo to export phosphates.

phosphates are the leading cause of nusance algae and it inhibits growth and colors in corals.

when you come to pick up the tank friday ill show you one of the reactors on the store tanks and show you how it works , they are fairly cheap and they do one hell of a job.


one idea for your stand to get you sump out is to create a false wall on the side of your tank using magnets or something similiar to take it off, then your sump could slide in and out in case of an emergency, the framing on the side can be more open then in the front provided your horizontal suports are doubled up
