What is the best equipment purchase you have ever made?

I guess I also have to add the HRV we had installed. Before the HRV, the humidity was wrecking our house and my wife was really not happy. After the HRV, humidity is a none issue.

+1 on the HRV,...Now my wife says it's to dry in the house.
