![]() i also have had knee trouble in the past with road running so i took up trail running. make sure you get a very good pair of shoes, they make a huge difference. trails are alot easier on your knees as the ground has give unlike paved roads. not sure what options you may have in lethbridge but on mountain trail/ road mixed race i was able to do 30km which i would not want too do on road alone.

![]() Kewl!!!! When is it?? My plan is to stroll the pug until spring is on the horizon. Then I'm going to work to run 5k hell or highwater....Then maybe even sign up for a 5k run once I know I can do it. I wish you an injury free time in your mission for the half marathon.. What's your motivation?
