Well Yaaaaaaaayyyyyyy I got some progress done on the stand well Cabinets. tried to take some pictures of as myself and Dwayne a good friend of mine as we were working. So I hope these are good enough. So far I bought 6 sheets of 4x8 Birch and end roll to mask the ends of Birch. I'm still having the dilemma of the canopy since the top is going to be huge 8 feet long I'm going to run 1.5" strips all the way down underneath the top of the cabinet to stop it from bowing. the doors will be 2x48 so its alot easier to take off that attach to the Magnets. " SO HOW ABOUT I SHUT UP AND SHOW YOU THE PROGRESS....
here is the wood sitting here. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm WOOD!!!!  Some of the corners sorry forgot to take some build pic's of the tower oooops  and some more  This is the inside of the right tower where i will need to seal with a White Bathroom paint for high humidity. See I'm a thinking ahead already.... ME SMRT SMART  TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA DAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh The right Cabinet where all the equipment will be. like the Sump. Skimmer, Kalk Reactor. you get the drift. Well for Poon Tang here ya go man.. ACTION SHOT. Is it real yup taste like BIRCH.  Now on to the Front, to SKIN OR NOT TO SKIN, THAT IS THE QUESTION!!!!!!!.   what biscuit TIME OMG  HEY JUST WAIT A FRIGGIN MINUTE HERE THIS AIN'T NO BISCUIT WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!!!!!

  TIME TO HEAT THIS BAD BOY UP.....  SOME FINE TUNING AND A HAPPY HELPER.  i'M TRYING TO CONVERT HIM TO salt water, he was big in to fish in the past.  This I got to thinking About a shelf for the Deltec 702, Hmmmmmmmmmm Well watch this. MEASURE 10 times   ok one pic's for LAST LIGHT since he is so SWELL.  A Little bit of this and that...  Not Bad eh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the 2 cabinets that were made.. Im going to have 1 complete door for the small one 78"x15" and 2 doors for the right cabinet 78"x36" and I will put a kick plate on them too

The .. um .. wood is looking good man. I can't believe I just said that. What has this hobby become.

Cabinets are going to look good, birch is a nice choice - and I'd guess a lot easier to work with than the hard white maple I went with, that stuff was bulletproof...

Dude that is so softcore. There's no real contact happening wth? Other than that I'm liking what I see. My canopy is just going to be a 2x4 framework above my tank but tied into my joists. Then I'll worry about skinning it. Not sure you can get away with something that crude or not.
