Where did the EDIT button go? (testing 1 2 3)

I think a couple settings did get changed around this week. I think it might have been actually a bug that posts were given infinity as the time period for edits and that got fixed. That said I think we might be able to make it so that titles can be edited whenever still. I'll see what I can find out.
