A word to the wise: If I ever ask to borrow something from you; run for the hills.
Dave was nice enough to lend me his UV sterilizer some time ago. Being the forgetful person I am I kept forgetting to return it. Finally, I got around to dropping it off at his house. A few days later I pm'ed him to make sure he found it:
"No", he says. "Where did you put it?"
"It's in a black garbage bag in your carport." I said.
"I just made a run to the dump and threw out all the garbage bags in the carport", he says.
First I keep the thing way too long and now I've lost it!
Fortunately, He pm'ed me later to tell me he went out for another look and found it.
