 I don't know,but I may jinx myself here with this. We Are looking at purchasing this house. its an old character house. its 2305 SQ GRUNT GRUNT. Nw I have a special room, my wife told me about since she is a realestate chicky,  So once i get home from here we are going to look at it. It has Geothermal heating and a tandem Double Garage too. The special room has French doors going into it and windows too. Im thinking of keeping the 150 gal or going to another type of tank like a cube 36x36x24 with the sump in the basement. the doors to the right is the future fish room May be.   This is the room with exposure but not direct light. This is where me and DOug will sit hofully on our reefing Couch to watch the fishies. Coffee and Bailey's

well finally got the sump sorted out had to take out all the baffles too
and moved the kalk Stirrer to where the Deltec was    and the new me of 2010  This is what happens when you buy many skimmers u turn retarded
