To me the just look like "button polyps"

I've had Majano's too, but these don't strike me as being them. I hate to kill anything unless i'm sure it's going to negatively affect other things in the tank.

I too questioned whether they were button polyps, but why do they only grow in a crack, or groove? Kind of like they are protecting their foot.

I'm on the fance. mojano vs button polyps... I had one that looked like this that I was told to kill so I did....but it didn't die, it's in my 8g and still kickin' has never reproduced. weird.

I have to agree, but what do they look like? I'm not convinced that they are button polyps. If they were all over the rock I could accept that they were, but there only in the nooks and crannys, leading me to believe that there not.
