Think CL with the bulkheads on the sides able to cycle between being the input and output and what he's playing with, being the diverting valve.

Looks pretty cool but to bad you have to stand there the whole time flipping the switch to make it work. It would be alot nicer if it was automated.

I think its called a sinusoidal valve

cool idea but the water level in the tank is pretty low due to the splash it creates when it gets going. You would need a huge tank, or really tall one in order to have a decent water level... Correct me if I'm wrong tho
