Ah, ya, if it doesn't blow loose in the current, then mesenterials. Pic looks like slime after moving a coral out of water. The particulate from scraping has probably annoyed it. Definately not Rogaine...

Which is a good thing. I'd hate to have a coral that was so vain, it was worrying about going bald

Agreed. Baldness is a gift....or that's what I try to tell myself.
