Default A missed deal

Well I went to look at a tank tonight and said I would take it and when I went back it was gone.
300 gallon fish tank with metal stand $200 obo - $200

So it was 48x48x30 2x1 1/2 bottom drilled holes with a 36x24x18 sump.

Superfudge hope you don't mind me quoting you but this came to mind.
Things that come to those that wait are leftover things from those that didn't.

I believe the footprint on that tank was 48" X 24", and NOT 48" X 48".
Eitherway sorry to hear.

48x24 would only make it 150g so im sure 48x48 is correct.

Zylum....come with me on my wild journey of tank dismantling and re-constructing! I'm currently still stripping the silicone off four 36" panels. Boy, is it a b****. But I'm hoping a 36"x36" cube will be worth it. 2 33G tanks come cheap

Drew count me in on the wild journey. I am thinking of a 24x24x16H cube 40 gal from 2 x 20 gal and use the ends to make a sump 12x 12 x 16h 10 gal

Just make sure you test that one outside Drew. Those 33's are notorious for breaking because the glass thickness is right on the threashold of what they can withstand.
