I have something quite similar, except it is more reddish brown. The store I bought it from (Big Al,s) called it baby leather, but after extensive posting of pictures, it was identified as "Encrusting Colt", or Cladiella sp.

That picture looks a lot like my Colt when the polyps are retracted, but it is very brown and fuzzy when they're out, so maybe not a good comparison.

that is what it looks like all the time it is not fuzzy and not brown.tan
more blueish in color. looks like little pine cones on it!!!

Looks like a very fat Kenya tree to me. Have you felt the stalks? Kenya Trees feel just like a cat's tongue, kinda gritty.
