What lighting do you have over this 120? Where is it located in your house?
You might be able to solve your heat issues without an expensive chiller. You can cut down on the number of internal pumps, and install fans in your lighting to cut down on the heat reaching the tank, and you can install fans over the surface(s) of your water to increase evaporation and cooling. I run a 180 with a 400w halide, 2x250w halides, and lots of internal pumps and I don't need to run a chiller.
