![]() I was there 10 years ago, so many fish, so little time. I was there for about 6 hours, and in the water for about 5 1/2 of them. Since then, I've learned to scuba dive and am dying to get back there. I'd heard something about them closing it to tourists, but I see that's not the case.

![]() Thanks all. Yeah, it gets very crowded during the day. I was lucky to have arrived before 7am. By the time it was 9am, there was a very very long lineup of people waiting to get in. I'd hate to see it close down if there was talk about it. I'd rather see them raise the admission to cut down on the number of visitors.

![]() I was there last summer and it is pretty awesome. I saw all the fish you took pics of, but out of a whole day snorkeling, I only saw ONE yellow tang. I also snorkeled in many other parts in Kauai and Oahu but didn't see any others. Weird since they are endemic to Hawaii

![]() Yeah, I saw a few Yellow Tangs but not as many as I expected. There may be more in deeper waters but I don't know. I went in the Submarine ride which takes you through some artificial reefs and saw a few Yellow Tangs as well but again not as many as I expected.
