I got my ZEO products from the States too.
http://www.wetwebmedia.com/ca/cav1i3...tem/zeovit.htm just go ont his URL then you'll have a basic idea about ZEOvit. Newguy, I dont think running BB is a must but it's recommanded. just go check on www.zeovit.com it should tel you everything. Ruth, I really can't wait to see the results... good luck with your 190!
