incident is word use for an event not ment to happen.. Punchin a person is not an incident.. He intended to chase the guy and punch that guy so what ever happen next is also intended.

A person cannot just punch someone and claim its not intentional. You can only do that if his fist has a mind of its own his a edited or a kid

Anyway what I say is not trash.. Im just stating my opinion about the event that happen.There is no grabage on my statement.
