No angel is guaranteed to be reef-safe.
Some will pick at your corals while others of the same species will not.
Its really a "Try at your own Risk".

That being said I have a dwarf angel that doesn't touch anything. (So far...)
I also know of quite a few others keeping dwarfs without any problems as well.
