The glass Turkey baster is a little dangerous, IMO - plastic is better. Either way the end is huge...

Don't know how people control the flow blasting out of the those, maybe mine is garbage tho.

Try to find a syringe with a small diameter end, and let er rip. The curved syringes the dentists have are very good.
