will the hyposalinity harm my hermits and clearner shrimp?

Do not use hyposalinity in the main tank, it will harm more then just the hermits and shrimp.
Set up a hospital tank/quarantine tank and treat the fish in there for 6 weeks, by then the maintank will be clear of ich as well
