200-300 gallons IMO.
I would not recommend you do it with Powder Blue tangs. They are very difficult to keep. They seem to do alright for awhile and than get sick and die taking a few of their tank mates with them. By buying 3 your chances of this happening triples therefor please do not take the risk. Wayne Ryan
