Ok this freaked me out today. I'm guessing its just a very big bristle worm...but it doesn't look like the smaller ones I have. They are grey and flat with pink pointy tips and this guy is yellow with a little head with 2 black eyes and 2 antenneas. He is at least 7" long maybe more.

I have a worm like that. It is about 10 inches long. Now heres the fun part. When I feed the aqurium it will come out of hiding and eat the Mysis Shrimp! In my option they are not bad and are just a "cute" little pet.

Looks harmless to me. In fact, it is likely a beneficial waste eater.
