i think silversides from the grocery store would be more than fine, as well as mysis. I always picked mien up from the LFS but its the same thing.

i feed my RBTA's once a week, half a silverside, but i have seen my clowns feed them as well. If u want them to grow and be healthy i would feed them as well.
