Default decreasing photoperiod

with the weather creeping up to the 20s are you guys decreasing your photoperiod for this coming summer?
cons of decreasing photoperiod?
will 4hours of mh lighting be enough?

Bought a chiller. Mucked around too much last summer with temp, this year I'm not worrying about it!!

I got the Pacific Coast 1/4 hp from J&L. I haven't hooked it up yet though, so no opinion on it's operation yet.
