Default Tunze 6055 making a knocking sound on wave settings

Hey everyone,

Last night my tunze 6055 started making a knocking sound. It happens whenever it goes from 40% to 100%. I pulled the impeller out and it looks good. Any idea what might be the solution, I never had this happen in the past on the same setting.

Watch the impeller carefully, can you see if it's stuttering?

I've had mine stutter before on a couple occasions and it seems to be the power supply. Best way to confirm this is if you have a second power supply and swap it out and see if the problem persists.

I'll take a look when I get home but it seemed to be running fine, I'll switch out power supplies and see if that helps

turns out I just had the percentage to low, I bumped it from 10% to 30% and the sound went away.
