Default Upcoming custom build - builders needed

Hi all,

Long time no post or visit for me. I've been living in Australia for the past couple years. I'm returning to Calgary soon and am going to be starting up a new reef tank. For those who've never seen my old tank, here's a quick youtube vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5MqxHR7sHI

I'm finally getting away from the nano scene, and will be looking on starting a new custom build - inbetween 150-200 gallons.

Having been out of touch for a while, I'm wondering if there are any tank builders on Canreef whom are in the Calgary area? I'd likely need someone who could also help me build a matching sized stand and assist with a sump design & build.

Any suggestions / tips? Is starfire glass still the preferred material for this sized build... not sure if there's been any advances there?

I am in the process of getting a tank built with Denny at Concept. Process has been easy and they know what they are doing. My build is basic, but they can do all types. Price is good as well.

I went Starphire on front glass only - price difference was not huge for my size of tank. Bigger you go, which requires thicker glass, the cost seems to jump a lot. I have read both accounts of it being worth it or not, but as I said the price difference was not huge so I went for it.

Cute nano! Very clean.

I also suggest Concept Aquatics. I've seen several tanks built by them, including my own. My tank has Starphire on the front.

For example this:

Pretty sweet I must say

P.S. Lights and livestock cannot be "manufactured" by them. (Included this line since I am very sure Levi gonna get back at me with those unless mentioned )
