Default How long do you keep your lights on?

How long do you keep the lights on? Your photo period. I think I have been keeping my lights on too long. I have just started to get some cyno I was letting my lights on for 10 hours a day 2x110 VHO for a 48 gallon. Water parameters are fine and just increase flow with another powerhead.
