Anybody tried this Twin-Arc or dual arc single ended bulb??

So I had to look it up as I had never heard of this type of bulb.
In some descriptions it says that the bulb alternates which filament burns every time that it is cycled on and off.
I would like to hear from someone that uses these bulbs as well.
