Brown PE turning blue

These are at the bottom of my 25" deep tank under four t-5's and have been totally brown except for green mouth for a month prior and nothing is differant in my tank,lighting, chemistry, etc.[IMG][/IMG]

I have some blues in my tank that turn brown when too much light gets to them so I'd say there blue or purple to begin with and were just browned out
