Default Anyone ever used this T5 brand?

Hi there,

I am looking at starting up a soft coral tank because I quickly went to LPS and SPS when entering this hobby and missed out on learning about the soft squishy stuff in the process. The thing is I am going deep discount best bang for the buck on this project and decided a 4 bulb T5 would be what I need (please let me know if you disagree?)

So I am looking at this "brand" (dont see a brand lol) Anyone have experience with it?

thanks,

Palmer

I doubt the reflectors are any good and you'll want new bulbs, also you'll likely get nailed on UPS brokerage fees (~$50). Have you priced out TEKs lately? Should be cheaper due to being discontinued.

I looked at the Sunlight supply T5's but they seemed to be primarily gone from the vendors I usually buy from. So on initial browse I didnt see any cheaper Tek lights. I figured the bulbs it comes with would not be the best but since I am just starting up a softie tank I wasn't sure that would be an issue.
